Affly Seeding Studio(이하 "본 확장 프로그램")는 인스타그램 인플루언서 시딩 업무를 돕는 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다. 본 방침은 본 확장 프로그램이 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

본 확장 프로그램은 사용자가 직접 방문한 인스타그램 프로필 페이지에서, 사용자가 "분석" 버튼을 누른 경우에 한해 다음 공개 정보를 읽습니다: 계정 아이디, 표시 이름, 프로필 소개(바이오), 팔로워 수, 공개된 릴스의 조회수 및 커버 이미지, 대표 릴스의 공개 캡션. 또한 사용자가 입력한 AI 제공자 API 키, 브랜드·제안 정보, 사용자가 작성한 메모 및 DM 내용을 처리합니다.

2. 정보의 저장

위 모든 데이터는 사용자의 브라우저 내 로컬 저장소(chrome.storage.local)에만 저장됩니다. 본 확장 프로그램은 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 어떠한 데이터도 개발자나 제3자의 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 외부 전송 (AI API 호출)

DM 생성 및 콘텐츠 분석 기능을 사용할 때, 분석에 필요한 정보(프로필 정보, 이미지, 사용자가 입력한 프롬프트)는 사용자가 설정에서 선택한 AI 제공자의 API로만 전송됩니다. 전송 대상은 사용자의 선택에 따라 다음 중 하나입니다: Anthropic(Claude), OpenAI(ChatGPT), Google(Gemini). 해당 전송은 사용자 본인의 API 키로 이루어지며, 각 제공자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 본 확장 프로그램은 이 과정에 개입하거나 내용을 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 정보의 판매 및 제3자 제공

본 확장 프로그램은 사용자 데d이터를 판매하지 않으며, 위 3항의 AI API 호출을 제외한 어떠한 제3자에게도 제공하지 않습니다. 데이터는 광고 등 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 삭제

저장된 모든 데이터는 사용자 브라우저에 있으므로, 확장 프로그램을 삭제하거나 브라우저의 확장 프로그램 데이터를 지우면 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.

Affly Seeding Studio ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that assists with Instagram influencer seeding workflows.

1. Information Processed

The Extension reads public information from Instagram profile pages that the user actively visits, only when the user clicks the "Analyze" button: account handle, display name, bio, follower count, public reel view counts and cover images, and the public caption of the top reel. It also processes the user-provided AI API key, brand/offer details, and user-written notes and DM content.

2. Storage

All such data is stored only in the user's local browser storage (chrome.storage.local). The Extension operates no server and does not transmit or collect any data to the developer or any third party.

3. External Transmission (AI API)

When using DM generation or content analysis, the necessary information is sent only to the AI provider the user selects (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google), using the user's own API key. Each provider's privacy policy applies. The Extension does not intervene in or separately store this content.

4. No Sale or Sharing

The Extension does not sell user data and does not share it with any third party other than the AI API call described above. Data is not used for advertising or any other purpose.

5. Data Deletion

Since all data resides in the user's browser, removing the Extension or clearing its data permanently deletes it.
